It’s officially fall which means… Halloween is just around the corner! My favorite holiday, next to Christmas, of course. I’ve been keeping busy with getting several books through the editing stage and ready to publish, just waiting on covers now. Once that’s done, I should have three ready to go. The first will be a Halloween anthology for charity to benefit mental health, titled Half Past Dread. Second is one the beta readers have been clamoring for… yes, the Slaughter USA first volume is almost here! Risque Romance Vol 3 is on the horizon as well, so stay tuned for release updates.
I still have no idea what I’m doing for NanoWriMo this year. I like to go in with a solid idea and outline, so I plan on spending October getting that narrowed down and getting myself focused. I made a list of all my current series and ideas, and the dang thing was 40 books long. How do I get myself into these spectacles again? Oh yeah, I don’t have that little voice that tells me to slow down. It was busted at the factory, and no one noticed before shipping me out to my doting but exasperated parents. :)
Anyhoo. As you’ve probably noticed, old blog posts are missing. I took a big step and moved from Weebly to Wordpress recently. Weebly was great as a starter site, but I wanted a more robust system that I could grow easier on, with a few more bells and whistles. Self-hosted Wordpress was the way to go, so I am now learning the ins and outs of the system. Please be patient with any quirks of the site while I get myself situated. Eventually I plan to update once a week if I can.
Keep warm as the weather turns chillier, and drink lots of apple cider and hot cocoa!
